Return & Refund Policy
We proudly stand behind every item that leaves our shop and accept returns for store credit on any standard item that is not a custom order as long as it is in new salable condition and has not been worn or damaged. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you, and we may ask you to send back the defective item (we will provide a label) so that we can learn what caused the damage and make sure it can't happen again in the future.
